Tuukka Rask Robs Rick Nash & Marian Gaborik With Sprawling Save

With just under a minute left in regulation in a 3-3 game between the Bruins and Rangers on Wednesday night, Tuukka Rask likely single-handedly earned the B’s a point when he was able to surpress a Rick Nash & Marian Gaborik scoring push with an unbelievable sprawling save. Nash pulled off a nifty move to get around Milan Lucic and fire a shot on net, one which Rask turned away with the blocker before “snow angeling” to stop Gaborik’s put-in attempt on the rebound.

However, Gaborik wound up with the last laugh on the night as he was able to put home his third and final goal of the night just 27 seconds into overtime, sending the Rangers home with their first two points of the season.
