Patrice Bergeron And Brad Marchand Both Back In Lineup For Bruins Tonight

Both forwards returning to game action after suffering mild concussions earlier this month.

Forwards Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand will be returning to the Bruins lineup tonight when the B’s face off against the Buffalo Sabres at the TD Garden. Both Bergeron and Marchand suffered mild concussions after taking elbows to the head earlier this month – Bergeron on April 2nd from the Senators’ Colin Greening, and Marchand on April 11th from the Devils’ Anton Volchenkov.

This is obviously good news for the Bruins, who will be getting two top six forwards (and an alternate captain and their best two-way player in Bergeron) back on the ice for the final stretch of the regular. The team also welcomed Swedish forward Carl Soderberg, who finally arrived in Boston and participated in team practice on Wednesday. Soderberg is not expected to make his Bruins debut until Friday against the Penguins.
