Bruins Fans Assault Comcast SportsNet Studio Windows In Boston Following Game 7

Following the Bruins’ Game 7 victory on Monday night, fans packed the streets of Boston to celebrate the comeback thriller that helped them eliminate the Maple Leafs. Many fans flocked to the CSNNE studio right outside the Garden and banged on the glass like mad men while Michael Felger and Tony Amonte were on air delivering their post-game coverage.

The resulting noise was so loud that it was picked up by Felger & Amonte’s microphones and the duo couldn’t hear anything coming through their earpieces from the newsroom back in Burlington, MA. That factor eventually led to this f-bomb being dropped on-air by Amonte:

Pretty wild scene. Can’t really blame Amonte for that one, especially because I thought they were going to take out the windows as well.
