Both Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett have remained relatively quiet since being traded from the Celtics to the Brooklyn Nets last month, but Pierce has taken to Instagram on Tuesday to thank the city of Boston for their support during his tenure with the C’s. Pierce posted a series of photos taken throughout his career in Boston, both on and off the court and all with the caption  ”#THANKYOUBOSTON”:

Pierce was drafted 10th overall by the Celtics back in 1998 and hasn’t played an NBA game for another team since. He is second on the Celtics all-time leading scoring list with 24,021 points.
