Three Red Sox players celebrated a day off from baseball by going to a baseball game

How do Dustin Pedroia, Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Jonny Gomes celebrate a day off from the grind as everyday players for the Red Sox? By attending a baseball game, of course.

The three Sox players took in a Blue Jays-Athletics game at the Rogers Centre on Monday, one day before the Sox were set to begin a series with the Jays themselves. As you can see in the screengrab above (courtesy of Yahoo! Sports) the trio was spotted behind homeplate during the A’s 5-1 win against the Jays.

You’d think that three guys who had just finished a string in which they played 17 games in 17 days would be itching to have a day away from baseball, but that clearly wasn’t the case here.
