If you’re a fan of Breaking Bad, there’s probably a good chance you’ve recommended the show to a non-watcher (after all, it’s usually all any of us fans ever talk about) and said something along the lines of “it’s the greatest show I’ve ever seen!”

Well, you’re not alone.

The 2014 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records lists the AMC drama as the Highest Rated TV Series of 2014, with Vince Gilligan’s masterpiece earning a metascore of 99 out of 100 on MetaCritic.com, which aggregates reviews from leading critics.

Breaking Bad ousts Downton Abbey, which was last year’s highest rated show with a 92 out of 100.
