Henrik Lundqvist isn’t just an elite goaltender, he’s an elite shampoo pitchman as well

Henrik Lundqvist has had quite the illustrious career in the NHL. He’s been nominated for the Vezina Trophy five times, winning once, has made three all-star game appearances and was even nominated for the Hart Trophy. But in the end, does any of that really matter if it doesn’t eventually net you a commercial in a fantastic shampoo commercial?

Luckily for King Henrik he doesn’t have to worry about such trivial things because he has reached the pinnacle that all athletes strive for; he has his very own shampoo commercial.

As you can probably attest to, what we’ve all just witnessed isn’t an ordinary shampoo commercial, it’s an awesome one. Not only is it in Swedish, but it features Lundqvist teaching famous fashion writer Sofi Fahrman the correct way to tussle her hair.

Congratulations Henrik Lundqvist, you can now retire knowing that you have not only reached the top of the mountain in hockey, but in the advertising game as well.
