High school football player with helmet twisted backwards gets blindly crushed

That’s Christian Young of Viewmont High School in Utah who had the misfortune of getting his football helmet yanked and rotated 180 degrees on his own head, blinding him in the middle of a rushing attempt. As to be expected, running the football without the ability to see where he was heading left Young susceptible to a big hit and, boy, was it ever delivered.

Obviously, the facemask twist drew the easiest personal foul call ever, but Young paid for those yards dearly.

No flag on the play? And the kid kept running good for him.
