Shane Victorino’s grand slam powers Red Sox to World Series

Prior to Saturday’s Game 6 in Boston, Shane Victorino had struggled at the plate for much of the ALCS, going just 2-for-23. The great thing about sports, however, is that all those struggles can be erased in an instant. Victorino wiped the slate clean by blasting a seventh-inning grand slam into the monster seats to put the Red Sox up 5-2 and punch a ticket to the World Series for Boston.
