Tomas Hertl showed no mercy in his third career NHL game

San Jose Sharks rookie Tomas Hertl scored his first two career NHL goals on Saturday, and it looks like the youngster got quite addicted to lighting the lamp. Hertl tallied four…FOUR…more goals for the Sharks on Tuesday against the Rangers.

The last of Hertl’s four tallies is sure to be a goal-of-the-year candidate come spring time. In a move that takes a lot of testicular fortitude to even TRY – especially by a rookie – Hertl went through his legs to beat Marty Biron top shelf.

As amazing as the goal was, the fact that Hertl managed to score his four goals in only 11 minutes of ice time might be the most impressive thing about the 19-year-old’s night.
