Drew Brees and the Saints caught a huge break late in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the 49ers when a controversial ‘roughing the passer’ penalty was called on San Fran during this sack.

Brees fumbled on the hit and the ball was recovered by the 49ers, but the play was overturned and New Orleans kicked the game-tying field goal just moments later. The Saints went on to win the game on a Garrett Hartley field goal as time expired.
