Bill Belichick gives T.J. Ward the death stare after hit on Gronkowski

During Sunday’s Patriots-Browns game, defensive back T.J. Ward delivered the low-bridge hit that likely put a premature end to Rob Gronkowski’s season. Bill Belichick did not appear to be happy with Ward following the incident, and Ward might want to sleep with one eye open tonight.

Not sure what the big deal is? Mr. Grumpy Pants always looks like that! I don’t think I have ever seen the guy smile! Perhaps his muscles of facial expression are paralyzed from a rare medical condition?;)

    • forGodsoloved

I don’t think so. anyways, maybe he smiled so much after his three super bowl victories with the pats and the many division championships, he’s got to give his face a rest! go pats!

Except If your Playing the Giants.. Go Gmen!! (There’s always next year :)

        • forGodsoloved

ha! I know, what’s up with the giants this year?

          • concretejimmy

Why make the playoffs? The Patsies are the only AFC team they can beat. And the patsies won’t be playing in a SB.

          • forGodsoloved

            who are the patsies??

Seems like the kind of hit you see several times a game…

  • advorak1955@gmail.com

I feel sorry for the Gronk, but he didn’t seem to be trying to avoid the hit. Maybe he couldn’t because of his momentum, but that *is* the risk one takes. Blaming that on a dirty hit, or on the NFL focus on avoiding head hits doesn’t seem rational.

BB doesn’t smile because he leaves all the smiling to us Pats fans and we do that alot with such a great coach.

  • concretejimmy

Was he smiling after the refs gave them the game. I bet Tammy wasn’t smiling either.

  • concretejimmy

I bet Tammy was berating some NFL officials though.

Save me , refs. Save me.
