Sidney Crosby single-handedly throttled the Islanders on the way to a Penguins OT win

Sidney Crosby had himself a night in Uniondale on Tuesday. Not only did Sid bury the game-tying one-timer on a power play in the third period, he also helped finish the job with an unbelievable individual effort in OT.

As the Islanders were carrying the puck out of their own defensive end, Crosby picked the pocket of an Isles player and skated in towards net all by his lonesome. He burned two defenders, splitting them right down the middle before chopping in the game-winning goal past Anders Nilsson for the Pittsburgh win.

Sometimes, you just gotta concede defeat.
