On Sunday afternoon, outfielder Jason Repko of the Pawtucket Red Sox (Triple A) made one of the craziest catches baseball has seen this this year. In the bottom of the first inning, Repko leaped over the left field fence to rob former major leaguer Kosuke Fukudome of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees of a grand slam. Repko showed no fear while running out of room in the outfield and wound up with the ball in his own team’s bullpen…and a candidate for best catch of the year.
